Industrial warehouses have become a vital part of the modern industrial activities. Playing an important role in the economic cycle of the society, these buildings ensure the production processes and commercial activities to be carried out in an efficient manner. In this context, Our BW Kasaba 1 project consisting of 32 warehouses in 5 building blocks, which may be used as industrial warehouses at Turgutlu is a significant step taken, which shall make contribution to the development of the industrial infrastructure.
This project has been designed to satisfy the modern industrial requirements. Presence of large lanes therein facilitates the intra-warehouse activity and optimise the material carriage operations. Security system is a critical element in order to ensure the security of the goods and employees in the warehouse. While the presence of cranes in the interiors facilitates the carriage and storage of heavy loads, the mezzanines ensure the effective use of the storage area.
Designing the inner height of our project as 8,5 metres enables any stored materials and equipment to be carried easily. This height enables any operations within the warehouse to be carried out in an efficient manner and ensures the area within the warehouse to be used effectively. This height which enables any loading and unloading trucks enter and exit is one which is not available in several industrial facilities.
However, a construction project of this type is not limited to physical characteristics only. Consideration of the environmental impacts and security standards is among the important factors which determines the success of the project. Therefore, an approach in which such issues as environmental sustainability and energy efficiency have also been taken into consideration has been adopted.
Consequently, BW Kasaba 1 consisting of 32 warehouses in 5 building blocks, which may be used as industrial warehouses, is a structure which may make significant contributions to the development of industrial activities. Having been designed in accordance with modern standards, this project shall provide an efficient functionality and a safe and secure working environment and support the activities in the sector.
